A PAIR OF MULTI-GENRE MUSICIANS AND LECTORS
CONCERTS WITH COMMENTS AND LECTURES
Since we are both active artists, it occurred to us during a joint performance, that we could also start doing concerts for children. The main reason behind that would be to communicate the notion of quality.
In an age of total commercialisation where we can see the business interest invading the realm of art, quality is rapidly becoming an endangered species. We endeavour to teach the children how to recognize quality music to at least some degree, regardless of the genre. The main point of the concert, is that the students will witness how the music they listen to is being made in real time, to understand the process of creating music at least a little bit and perhaps to inspire them to give it a go.
We offer you commented concerts featuring the violin, the piano and singing, which covers principal works of classical music and modern music of the 20th and 21st centuries. Furthermore, we offer lectures on musical genres that captivate the young generation (like Hip Hop, Reggae, Dubstep, drum’n’bass, trance, techno). Concerts with commentary are conducted through a set of live examples of the particular genre.
